This home is newly renovated and loaded with Caracter and comfort! A unique beachfront house located in Galveston, Texas Gulf Coast. Main floor living space has a full working galley kitchen with black marble counter tops and new cabinets, spacious open concept dinning and living room that has seating for 8, master bedroom with a king size bed and office area, 2nd bed room has a Queen bed and closet storage for your things, 1 full bath with tub/shower combo as well as a 1/2 bath. Outside a large wrap around deck: 1/2 shaded 1/2 full sun to meet everyone's need and a hot tub that is drained and clean with each new reservation. 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed, Kitchenette and 1/2 bath on the upper floor with it's own private entry and deck with spectacular views. Beach house has an easy entry and location with personal parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. On the ground floor you will find the storage room with giant Jenga as well as other games and beach toys, washer and dryer. Outside there is an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, BBQ Pit, plenty of seating, porch swings and picnic table as well as a fenced in area. AND SUPER EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH .

Enjoy our beautiful Galveston retreat that is known for its sunny, clean, and spacious beaches. We are located at the beach with easy access through the dune. Our front deck is perfect for sun rise photos. This amazing home has personal parking for 2 f. A breezy outdoor shaded cooking space with picnic table, seating, as well as a fenced play area, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water located under the home for rinsing off all the sand before heading up to the home. Up the stairs to the first floor is a large wrap around deck. Side deck is open and perfect for sunbathers. The front deck is covered with a gate at the top of the stairs for children's safety. It has direct unobstructed views of the the warm Gulf waters that are accompanied by the soft sound of waves crashing on the shore.
Entering the home you'll find the mood set with a home full of character and comfort, fun coastal flare and seaside decor for a Fabulous experience. The living room opens to the dining area and a full working kitchen so no one has to be isolated...unless you want to be, lol.
The 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom is a King with access to full bath, 2nd Bedroom is a queen with access to full bath, 3rd bedroom has it's own private entrance with a queen and access to a 1/2 bath. All of our mattresses are very comfortable with waterproof protection covers for your safety. Each bed is dressed with sheet sets, blanket and bed covering.
Our beach house is a newly renovated, a well designed spacious 1316 sq. ft. home, with all the amenities you may need. Plenty of windows surround the home so that you don’t have to miss any views, Smart TVs in almost every room with, of course, WIFI. Our deck is perfect for a cozy night time dinner with plenty of lighting to complement the night air. You can also soak in the sun on the large open private decks perfect for laying out, enjoying an intimate conversation or relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day of beach activity. The Hot Tub is always drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water before every new guest arrival. Our BBQ area and outdoor seating is located on the ground level.
Entertainment: Many Indoor activity, Outdoor Giant Jenga game, HOT TUB, Long walks on the beach...and everything that Galveston has to offer. Restaurants with outdoor games, nightlife and entertainment are all within a short drive to the Stand and downtown Galveston
