I came for several days with my adult daughter & her husband and we had a wonderful time. I stayed up in the pirate's cove which was perfect with a private entrance, little mini kitchen, and half bath. We were only able to stay 3 nights but what a wonderful getaway. I love how everything in the house is labeled and easy to find, especially TV remotes, etc. Having an outside shower that also has warm water was helpful when everyone was trying to clean up from the beach at once. The laundry room and hot tub were very nice touches. The views were gorgeous and just steps from the water. Communication with the hosts was easy and there were extra nice touches like snacks and waters. They have a binder with lots of helpful information. They really try to make sure your stay is a great one, and it was appreciated! I would highly recommend.
Amazing beach house in a perfect location—just steps from the beach! The hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing evenings. Super pet-friendly with a fenced area , which was perfect for our dog. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Staying at this beautiful beach home was amazing! It really exceeded our expectations and it’s right next to the beach. Who can ask for anything more? We even met the owners, they were super nice and accommodating. Also the amenities were great! Around every corner there was something new to make our stay a bit more comfy. I would describe it as the gift that keeps giving. Needless to say I would highly recommend staying at this property!!!!!!
My husband, I, and our kids spent an absolutely amazing weekend. The deck is a great place to lounge and listen to the waves. The house is cozy and inviting. It has everything you need for the weekend. It being just steps from the beach is awesome! We could watch our boys fish from the deck while we relaxed. The hosts are some of the most amazing people I've ever met and are very accommodating. We can't wait for our next trip!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! The location couldn’t be better—literally just steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean was pure magic. The house itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Comfortable beds, great layout, and plenty of space to unwind. Whether we were lounging on the deck, walking along the shore, or enjoying a sunset dinner, every moment here felt special. We can’t wait to come back!
We had a fantastic family stay at Pelicans and Flip Flops! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unobstructed ocean views from the expansive deck, it quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The beach access couldn’t have been easier, with just a few steps from the front door to the sand, making it perfect for quick trips back and forth with kids and beach gear. The property itself is newly renovated, and it shows, everything felt fresh, thoughtfully organized, and spotlessly clean. We appreciated all the small details that made it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay; they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. We can’t wait to return.
